Not gonna lie, using the website was kind of a pain. Everything felt laggy, and I couldn’t find what I was looking for without getting annoyed.

I sent another one after that, maybe the next day or a couple days later, and still didn’t get anything useful back. When I asked about it, the response kind of made me feel talked down to, like I didn’t understand how shipping works or something. The knife itself arrived fine and the order was correct, so no complaints there. I just wish it had gone out faster and the communication had been a little more respectful. Overall, average experience.
