"Super sharp right out of the box"
I was impressed with how sharp this knife was as soon as I opened it. It sliced through veggies and meat really easily without me having to push or fight with it. I’ve been using it for a few days now and it still feels great in the hand. Happy with it so far and I’d definitely recommend it if you need a solid everyday kitchen knife

"Couldn’t really get a clear reply"
I reached out about my order and I’m not even sure how many days passed before I heard anything, or if the first message got missed. I sent another one after that, maybe the next day or a couple days later, and still didn’t get anything useful back. It was frustrating because I kept checking for an update and it felt like customer service just wasn’t really there.

The knife feels solid and the price is fair for what you get. That said, I wouldn’t say it blew me away or anything. It does the job, but I’m still a little skeptical about how well it’ll hold up over time

"Pretty solid knife for the price"
I’ve been using this knife for a few weeks now, and it’s been holding up well. The blade feels sturdy in hand and it’s still sharp, which is all I was hoping for at this price. Nothing flashy, just a good everyday knife.

I ordered a knife from premiumknifesupply.com and it did eventually show up, but the shipping was slower than I was hoping. The tracking didn’t update for a few days, and then it looked like the package just sat in one place for a while. When I asked about it, the response kind of made me feel talked down to, like I didn’t understand how shipping works or something. The knife itself arrived fine and the order was correct, so no complaints there. I just wish it had gone out faster and the communication had been a little more respectful. Overall, average experience.

"Refund took a bit longer than I expected"
To be fair, I did end up getting my refund, so everything was resolved in the end. It just took longer than I was expecting, and I had to wait around a bit before it came through
